Ramana Reddy is the Technology GM for Customer Experience and is responsible for the Enterprise Strategy and Product Development for CX Technology at Conduent. He oversees a global team of CX engineers and subject-matter experts who specialize in telecom infrastructure, cloud services, automation, and AI applications, specifically for transforming contact centers and customer experience management (CXM). Ramana has over 25 years of broad technology strategy and digital transformation experience. Prior to Conduent, he held leadership positions at Cognizant where he formulated strategy, managed large-scale business transformations, and launched digital innovations for companies across health care, life sciences, consumer goods and energy industries.
