Paige Cruz is a Senior Developer Advocate at Chronosphere passionate about cultivating sustainable oncall practices and bringing folks their aha moment with observability. She started as a software engineer at New Relic before switching to Site Reliability Engineering holding the pager for InVision, Lightstep, and Weedmaps. Off-the-clock you can find her spinning yarn, swooning over alpacas, or watching trash TV on Bravo.

Adriana Villela
Sr. Developer Advocate, Lightstep
Adriana Villela is a Sr. Developer Advocate at Lightstep, based in Toronto, Canada, with over 20 years of experience in technology. She focuses on helping companies achieve reliability greatness by leveraging Observability, SRE, and DevOps practices. Before Lightstep, she was a Sr. Manager at Tucows, running both a Platform Engineering team, and an Observability Practices team. Adriana has also worked at various large-scale enterprises, in both individual contributor and leadership roles, including Bank of Montreal, Ceridian, and Accenture. Julia Blase
Product Manager, Chronosphere
Julia Blase joined Chronosphere in May of 2022. She is the Product Manager for Chronosphere’s Control Plane feature set and works to understand how customers are using their observability data and what tools they need to have in their observability solution, to help them better distinguish signal from noise.

Amy Boyle
Principal Software Engineer, New Relic
Amy Boyle is a Principal Software Engineer at New Relic, based in Portland Oregon. Her current role as Software Architect has her working with multiple teams on the core telemetry processing backend to design and implement reliable and scalable software. She has seen high throughput streaming systems through multiple levels of scale and cloud migrations. Amy has spoken at Velocity Conf, Kafka Summit, Oscon among others. When not tapping away on her mechanical keyboard she enjoys bicycles, knitting and afternoon tea.
